Shipping + Returns

Your accessory is lovingly handmade and hence usually ships within 3-5 business days from the date of order. For Delhi orders, we also offer One Day Delivery.

Your product is handmade with utmost love and care, hence slight variations may occur - this is a part of their charm.

  • Return & refunds : Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. For the same, message us on Instagram/Watsapp with the full parcel opening video showing the defects.
  • Exchange : We accept exchanges if you ship the products back to us, keeping all the tags and packaging intact. Exchange request should be placed within 3 days. In that case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
